1. Are you pleasant when you're ill, or are you a grumpy, fussy patient?

2. When you find out that school is canceled (due to inclement weather) what is your gut reaction?

I think I am pretty good at it, but sometimes I can blow up at the littlest things because of something else that is going on. But I have to put my feelings aside A LOT when my husband is on deployment & trying to raise 3 kids on my own. I dont really have a choice.
8. What is the first thing that attracted you to your spouse? (Or if you're single, to your best friend.)

ReplyDeleteWell we are mid blizzard here on the East Coast so plenty of snow days around here. My kids are grown now so it's not nearly as much fun.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day!
Yummy, love almond rocha too! Hope the little guy is okay after the face drop. Ouch! My heart would race too on that one!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh. Almond Roca is a good choice.
ReplyDeleteI salute you for being a single mom when your dh is deployed. A job not for the faint of heart!
Great answers! My husband grew up in SD and we lived there many years before moving away. We lived in Escondido and Solana Beach, but roamed the whole SD region in search of good food and fun. We always enjoy coming back to visit.
ReplyDeleteJust a thought on the sticky floors - that used to happen to me until someone said I was using too much floor cleaner in my water! Hmmm. I used less and didn't have sticky floors anymore.
I admire our deployed service people's spouses who hold down the fort while they're away. I'm sure it's hard!
Many of us wrote "eyes" for our answer about our husband. Window to the soul...
Enjoyed your answers. I am sure homeschooling definitely has its advantages. So glad you joined us this week. And thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you again!
ReplyDeleteuntil next time... nel

ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comments! I just discovered your blog as well, and it is quite adorable!
ReplyDeleteWhat is Almond Roca? I have never heard of it!
I also wanted to let you know that I completely admire you for raising your three children on your own while your husband is away- I cannot even imagine how much strength and courage you have to have to do that!
I enjoyed your random answers. I'm in California too. No snow days for us.
